## Fee Distribution 

The fees collected by purchasing the LootBot Premium plan will be **distributed equally** to its **community** and the product **contributors** as outlined below:

* **75%** to **token holders** (25% to $LOOT, 50% to $xLOOT & $LOOT)
* **Up to 20%** to **referrers** (Check out [4 Tiers Commission rates](/lootbot/telegram-bot/about-telegram-bot/referral-program/benefit-for-partners.md))
* **5%** to **reserves**
